Erin is an expert in leadership development and has over 15 years of experience in corporate America with the majority of her time spent in private equity and hedge funds, including 6.5 years with Bridgewater Associates. She earned her master’s degree in Sport Psychology and Counseling from Boston University and holds a BA in Psychology from The University of Connecticut. She’s also the creator of the Driven Women Project – a podcast and a community for women leading in male-dominated careers. Erin expertly interviews women with different backgrounds, experiences, and careers with one thing in common – they have not sacrificed their authentic feminine selves despite being in male-dominated environments pursuing careers they love. As an Executive Coach, Erin has a dynamic, direct, and solution focused style helping high performing executives maximize their full potential and accelerate their career path. An advocate for her clients, she is both an empathic listener, and challenging collaborator who is not afraid to ask the tough questions to get to the root cause of performance blockers and draw out untapped potential.
