Bruno J. Gioffre

Bruno has been a Director of The First Bank of Greenwich since 2011 and more recently was elected Chairman of the Board in 2019. Since 1958, Mr. Gioffre has practiced law with Gioffre & Gioffre Professional Corporation, where he currently serves in an Of Counsel capacity. Previously, he served as a Director, General Counsel, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sound Federal Company before its acquisition by Hudson City Savings Company. With Hudson City Savings Company, Mr. Gioffre served as an Advisory Director in 2006, followed by his service as a Director of Hudson Valley Company in 2007-2008.

George F. D’Angelo, Jr.

George has been a Director of The First Bank of Greenwich since 2020. Mr. D’Angelo graduated from the University of Vermont School of Business, majoring in Finance. He added to his educational credentials, graduating from the National Auto Dealers Association Dealer Candidate Academy. Mr. D’Angelo began his career as a Credit Analyst and Institutional Fixed Income Sales with investment bank Paine Webber. In 2005, he opened Subaru Stamford, followed by Kia of Stamford in 2011 and Acura of Stamford in 2021. Mr. D’Angelo is the founding member and Dealer Principal of the Stamford Auto Group and has held active dealer advisory positions with Subaru and Acura. As an active philanthropist, he has worked with and contributed to local charities, including the Boys and Girls Club of Stamford, Make a Wish Foundation, The Food Bank of Lower Fairfield County, Stamford Public Education Foundation, and various local animal shelters.

John J. Fareri

John was an organizer of The First Bank of Greenwich and has served as a Director since 2006. Mr. Fareri is President and Chief Executive Officer of Fareri Associates, a real estate development firm specializing in high-end residential construction, luxury home renovations, and commercial real estate developments in Westchester County, New York, and Greenwich, Connecticut areas. Mr. Fareri is involved with many charities and foundations. He has a special attachment to the Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital. Dedicated in memory of his daughter, The Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital is where parents are not visitors but actual partners with the staff in the family-centered care of their children.

William H. Gallagher

William was an organizer of The First Bank of Greenwich and has served as a Director since 2006. For over 40 years, Mr. Gallagher is President and majority owner of Summer Rain Sprinkler Systems Inc. located in Greenwich, Connecticut. Summer Rain Sprinkler Systems specializes in landscape irrigation, lighting, electrical, well, pump, and filtration systems. Summer Rain proudly donates their time and services to support the local community From Churches, Synagogues, communal gardens, conservancy’s and the Boys and Girls club, just to name a few. He also serves as a board member for the Audubon Society in Greenwich, Connecticut, and The Coronado in Naples, Florida.

Frank J. Gaudio

Frank joined The First Bank of Greenwich in 2011 and became Director, President, and Chief Executive Officer in 2015. Mr. Gaudio had previously served as the Bank’s Executive Vice President. Before joining The First Bank of Greenwich, Mr. Gaudio enjoyed tenures as Senior Vice President of Lending and many other executive positions with prominent banks. Before beginning his career in banking, he worked retail in his family’s business, spent time as an accountant, and built a career in residential and commercial lending.

Joseph D. Roberto

Prior to retiring, Joe was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of PCSB Bank, a $2.0 billion commercial bank headquartered in Westchester County, New York, a position he held from 2012 until 2023. His expertise in banking and finance is built on a foundation of a professional banking career spanning more than 49 years in various financial management and executive positions for other financial institutions. He has consistently demonstrated an ability to execute strategies to improve operations, increase profitability and successfully guide organizations through rapidly changing environments. Before joining PCSB Bank, Mr. Roberto began his career at Yonkers Savings and Loan Association and served as Chief Financial Officer until its sale in 2002. Mr. Roberto joined the Bank’s Board of Directors in 2023.
